The Sayer Hi 35 was developed in collaboration by Master Boat Builder Greg Brown & Designer Jon Sayer to provide a strong, fast, affordable, offshore cruiser. It suits individuals and club sailors who want an easy handling cruising boat, plus high performance for off shore racing.

Sayer Yachting Services is based on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. The Company is owned and managed by Jon Sayer - one of Australia's premier yacht designers and builders.

Jon's knowledge of yacht construction and sailing is reflected in his designs, which are both performance focused and cost effective. Sayer designs range from the high tech performance race yacht through to the family cruiser.

Jon is recognised as a short-handed specialist and has received international acclaim with 4 wins in the Melbourne to Osaka Double Handed events as well as Trans Tasman solo campaigns.

Yachts with a Sayer pedigree are a formidable force on the racing circuit. Finishing in first and second place, in the 2008 Brisbane to Gladstone Yacht Race PHRF Div (Ryujin FGI and Wasabi), is the most recent addition to Jon's list of podium achievements.

Jon's 30 years in the marine industry as a yacht designer and builder, his natural ability as a master helmsman and over 200,000 nautical miles sailing experience, enables Sayer Yachting Services to produce "smart" boats for the discerning customer.
